TWN to release zombie pattern hydro graphic film

PRINCETON, FL – February 28, 2012 – TWN Industries Inc. announces the upcoming release of Reaper Z water transfer printing film. Designed by Proveil, Reaper Z is an addition to their Reaper Series™ patterns of edgy, hyper-realistic camouflage that TWN already offers. Water transfer printing (also known as hydrographic printing and camo dipping) makes over firearms, and other hard goods by applying highly detailed graphics to surfaces.

The Reaper Z camo pattern was developed for 3 gun shooting sports enthusiasts and 3 gun match competitions. Combining highly realistic images of zombies and bio-hazard symbols with the traditional zombie “lime green”, Reaper Z is a unique pattern which captures the excitement and lifestyle of shooting sports enthusiasts. The Reaper Z pattern will give any 3 gun enthusiast or zombie slayer a distinctive coating on their gun, competition gear and equipment.

“My Reaper Black pattern was doing very well with the 3 gun competition enthusiasts,” said Travis Fortner, president of Proveil Camouflage. “I have received a lot of feedback from zombie hunters and 3 gun match participants that they would like to see a pattern specific to the zombie hunter theme. After seeing that several manufacturers were producing 3 gun competition specific weapons and zombie themed weapons as SHOT Show 2012, I felt the time was right to release Reaper Z. Reaper Z also fits in with Proveil’s philosophy that all outdoor and shooting enthusiasts deserve camo that reflects their lifestyle, not just a one size fits all option.”

“Proveil Camouflage has been actively producing unique new patterns, we are glad to be partnered with Travis and his brand. Reaper Z will be TWN’s first zombie pattern and we feel confident it will appeal to some new customers we weren’t reaching before.” stated Mike Richards, TWN Director of Business Development.

Reaper Z water transfer printing film for hard goods is available exclusively through TWN Industries, Inc. Film will be available for shipment starting April 16th, call 305-258-9622 to pre-order film.

View Reaper Z in various colors at www.watertransferprinting.com/images/pr/REAPER_Z-WebAnimation.gif

Dynamic Finishes launched our Biggest Loser Challenge on 3/14/11! We have 15 participants ready to lose some major pounds! There are countless companies nationwide taking part in this program and we are eager to get on board. We had many requests from employees to sponsor this as a company and we responded with a resounding YES!! At Dynamic Finishes, we are not only a company…but a family…and we truly believe that investing in our people is the most sound investment we can ever make.

This is our first program to promote Health and Wellness and we plan to continue with more offerings in the future. In addition to the personal benefits that our employees will gain, there are also the invaluable benefits we gain as a company by staying connected with our people.

Like many companies, we often get very busy with our day-to-day activities and it’s easy to lose sight of the importance of developing personal connections. Our Biggest Loser Challenge is another way to further our team building efforts and stay in touch with who we are as a company. Our people are what defines us and establishes our identity.

We would greatly appreciate your support and words of encouragement as the “Dynamic Finishes 15″ work to shed the extra pounds! We’ll post updates on our progress under the “News” section of our web site.

Here’s what a couple of our employees had to say about the Dynamic Finishes Biggest Loser Challenge:

Jason Heidbreder, President
“I am participating in this challenge primarily for personal health. My initial goal is to lose 50lbs which would put me at the lightest weight I’ve been since college. I’ve tried losing weight before and if there is one thing I’ve learned it’s that there’s always an excuse not to do it if you’re looking for one.

As a group I think we’re all going to do better than any of us ever have separately. The determination required to consistently move forward towards a large goal like weight loss and personal health is a trait we can all develop and benefit from. Through this first Wellness Program step and those that follow we will find out how to further develop these skills and make them part of our daily vocabulary.”

Dana Brown, Vice President of Sales
“I feel extremely fortunate to be part of an organization that cares about the health of its employees, not to mention encouraging the fun and friendly competition between departments and divisions. This initiative is healthy two-fold, both mentally and physically.”

“After more than a decade and still loving it, I decided to write you a note regarding your various ceramic based coatings. While I am certainly impressed with the various external coatings the real love of my heart is the bore coat. From the roughest most difficult to clean mini 14 SS Barrels to match grade, lapped Steyr barrels capable of consistent sub M.O.A. accuracy the Dyna-Tek Bore Coat virtually eliminates all but cursory wipe outs with MPro7 and a few patches. Followed by MPro 7, a few passes with a bronze brush and dry patches, and cleaning complete! I’ve done my best to lift residual metal soiling with copper solvent soaks, but it just is not there to be lifted out. Properly applied to a thoroughly cleaned rifle, shotgun or pistol barrel, Dyna-Tek Bore Coat virtually eliminates metal soiling in the tube, and external finishes eliminate the exterior cleaning other than a wipe-down. Properly applied, I know of nothing as durable, functional and forgiving as the ceramic finishes you supply and/or apply. Sure wish I’d have had some in the MeKong Delta back in ’68 – ’69. But I have it now, and cleaning is no longer an awful way to end a great day of shooting. Thank you X10! “

Every year Dynamic Finishes seems to have a couple of stray dogs find their way to our facility. These dogs (and cats) are part of the forgotten pet population in our city. They were abandoned by owners and spend their days living off the garbage they find and sleeping in abandoned buildings.

As a result, these animals usually live less than a year and die from malnutrition, disease or other painful ends. Unfortunately, during their short-lived time on the streets they inevitably meet up with other strays, end up mating, and give birth to yet more homeless pets… thus continuing this sad cycle.

A year ago, Jim Stuelke, the CEO of Dynamic Finishes, met the Founder of Spay and Neuter of Kansas City (SNKC), Michelle Dormady. Michelle gave up a nice career in the private sector to start an organization that would offer free-to-highly subsidized spay and neutering operations, and other assistance to lower income households.

In 2010 alone, SNKC provided over 5000 of these operations, and assisted another 10,000 pets with other items such as vaccines, dog houses and just helping households take better care of their pets. Through these efforts, the KC Shelter has seen a 35% decrease in animals coming in and animal trouble calls to the city have dropped almost 30%.

Since last year, we have donated $12,500 to SNKC of Kansas City and are very proud of the work Michelle and her staff do each and every day. We were also a key sponsor at the 3rd Annual SPAY-GHETTI AND NO BALLS dinner event that SNKC put together recently.

Dynamic Finishes also offers a program to our employees wherein if they agree to adopt a pet from a rescue organization, we will pay for 75% of the spay or neutering, and medical needs of the animal. Also, later this spring, we are setting up a foundation called “Don’t Look the Other Way” that will seek to help the fund-raising for this organization and others like it in the area by contacting other companies and individuals in hopes of gaining financial and volunteering assistance.

Kenton Brothers, another local Kansas City company, has also agreed to work with us to financially support SNKC. Kenton Brothers provides security, surveillance and access control systems to companies and also just finished upgrading SNKC’s security systems for free!

If you have any ideas or would like more information on SNKC or our plans in this area, please email Stephanie Swope at sswope@dynamicfinishes.com or Jim Stuelke at jstuelke@dynamicfinishes.com.
